As well as supplying our CHP systems to potential customers in different manufacturers companies such as food industry, bear industry, chemicals, wood process, greenhouses, poultry industry, public buildings, hospitals, rest areas, small communities etc.
SBE plan to establish biomass centres across the East Coast/ Midwest in order to provide solutions for the biomass supply needed for CHP customers. The biomass centre manufacture and supply biomass to customers in surrounding areas of 50-70 miles. The biomass centres planning to be located near potential customer’s area and close enough to raw materials. The CHP can use all kind of biomass like wood waste, agriculture waste, chicken waste etc.
This gives SBE the possibility to secure the supply chain and insure sustainability. The model includes finance (optional), design, and construction, connection to facility, maintenance and service. The system is fully automatic.
A model of forest-factory-thermal/energy central was based on these principles in which the harvesting of biomass, processing plant and consumers are all within a radius of 50-70 miles.
The basic model
SBE offer each customer CHP units based on each customer energy consumption, heat and power, and the average monthly-yearly of energy cost.
SBE will provide:
Financing for the unit.
Design, construct, connect the CHP unit on site.
Supply of biomass, maintenance and unit service.
Usually customer can save about 20% of the current energy cost
The customer pays the energy cost as agreed by both sides based on the agreement
